Now I wanna schedule a video conference with two other people: One of them is in my team so no problem at all and the other one is microsofr client, whose company does not use MS Teams. Is it possible to have a video conference with him without that he has to download the software?

Ask a new question. Hello my name is Marvin Today I have been facing a problem where I cannot join a videocall when my teacher starts one. I can see that there is a video call, and it says in the Teams room; "Video call started", but there's nowhere where I can press join or enter.
It is a bit annoying since I've had to do presentations today but unfortunately, I'm unable to do it. If it is a scheduled meeting, you can go to Calendar tab and click on the meeting event. Select Join to join the meeting.
If you see the meeting started in the channels, you can click Join button to join the meeting. Besides, you can also ask other members who are already in the meeting and add you to the meeting.

There is no button of 'join now. Only the 'meeting started' appear. However, I still can join the video call when I use my mobile application. In this article, we'll learn how we can integrate Power Apps with Teams to make calls or schedule meetings with other users within the organization. To complete this lesson, we'd need the ability to create apps within Teams that will be available as part of select Microsoft subscriptions.
In this section, we'll create a new Teams team, and then create an app within that team. Skip this section if you already have a team that you want to use. And then, select Create. If you have any members in your organization you'd like to add to the team for testing purposes, add them in the pop-up, and then select Add.
Well create an app with a gallery of users and buttons on each of the display forms to either call, chat or schedule a meeting with a user from the list. Select the team created earlier, and select Create to open the app in Power Apps Studio. The list of users shows in the gallery on the left-side of the screen. The right-side of the screen shows details of the selected user record.
Select the app from the left-pane, and update the OnStart property of the app with the following formula:.
Under Add to Channel , make sure the channel under which the app should be shown is listed and shows as "1 active tab s " and not "0 active tab s ". Once that user logs in into the app, they'll show up in this list of users.
